Type D Frame Packers are compact yet versatile packers designed for tight-fit installations that require precision and greater depth range. Measuring 35 × 45 mm, these packers are ideal for use where space is limited but strong, even support is essential — for example under sills, door frames, thresholds, and glazing channels.
Unlike timber shims, these polypropylene packers won’t rot, compress, or absorb moisture. Each one is moulded to exact thickness tolerances, ensuring perfect levelling and uniform spacing every time. The ribbed, anti-slip surface prevents movement during installation, while the flat-edged rectangular profile provides stable, consistent load distribution under pressure.
Available in thicknesses from 1 mm up to 15 mm, Type D Frame Packers offer a wide adjustment range, helping installers correct uneven substrates or achieve precise height builds in seconds.
