Returns

We can only accept returns for products that remain unopened and unused in their original packaging.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, items with opened or damaged packs cannot be returned.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, provided they are in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
