Orders & Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends/UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened/unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once goods are received and checked. Banks typically show funds within 3–5 working days.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number; we’ll put it right quickly.
Products & Sizing
In most UK trade ranges yes: 1 mm Green, 2 mm Black, 5 mm Blue, 6 mm Red. Check individual product pages for any exceptions or intermediate sizes (3 mm/4 mm) where colour may vary.
Commonly 1–2 mm for fine set-out and 5–6 mm for bearing under sills and transoms. Use bridge packers where you must span drainage/weep slots.
They’re durable and can often be reused if undamaged. For critical installs, use new stock for consistency.

Typical sizing tolerance is around ±0.2 mm depending on size and mould. See each product page for specifics.

Yes—VAT invoices are provided automatically at checkout and available under My Account → Orders.
UK orders are charged VAT at the prevailing rate unless a specific exemption applies.

No—checkout as a guest if you prefer. Creating an account lets you track orders, download invoices and reorder faster.
Go to My Account → Orders, open your order and click Download invoice.

Technical & Safety
Our packers are made from polypropylene suitable for glazing applications. See each product page for composition details.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep packaging sealed until use to prevent contamination on site.
