At GlazingPacker, we want our customers to be happy with their orders. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

For non-defective products, including where you change your mind, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

After notifying us that you wish to return an item, you must return the item to us by post within 14 days.

Please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Return Method

Returns must be sent back to us by mail/post.

We do not currently accept in-person returns.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We do not provide a prepaid return label for non-defective returns.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service when returning items, as we cannot issue a refund for items that we do not receive.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can review it.

If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will advise you on the next steps. This may include arranging a replacement, refund, or return where appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you need a different product, size, or quantity, please place a new order and return the original item in line with this policy.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

However, we may make a deduction from your refund if the returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if the goods are returned damaged, used, incomplete, opened, or not in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.

Original Delivery Charges

If you return your full order under your legal cancellation rights, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid at the time of order, where applicable.

If you selected a premium or express delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of our standard delivery option.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery charge may not be refunded.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may be unable to accept returns for items that are:

  • Used
  • Opened
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Not in their original packaging
  • Not in resalable condition
  • Returned after the returns period has passed

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
